A 32-year history to be proud of
Yatırım Finansman was established on October 15, 1976 under the leadership of
Türkiye İş Bankası and Turkish Industrial Development Bank (T.S.K.B.) with the
participation of 13 major banks as the country's first brokerage house in the
capital markets. Thus, Yatırım Finansman was established before the enactment
of the Capital Market Law in 1981 and prior to the inauguration of the Istanbul
Stock Exchange in 1986 and played an important role in the development of
Turkish capital markets. Since then Yatırım Finansman has maintained a strong
position all throughout its 32-year history as an "exemplary institution" among
the investors community.
Wide ranging services to a growing portfolio of customers
With the volume of investments of its customer portfolio exceeding US$ 740
million and more than 25,000 individual and corporate investors, Yatırım
Finansman is among the top-ranking brokerage houses in the marketplace.
Holder of a full range of capital market authorization certificates, Yatırım
Finansman acts as a brokerage house in stock trading and provides services in
fixed income securities, portfolio management, investment advisory,
repo-reverse repo transactions, mutual funds, brokerage in derivative
instruments, securities lending/borrowing facilities, international capital
market transactions, public offerings and corporate finance services.
A widespread distribution network
With its headquarters operating out of Akmerkez Etiler, Yatırım Finansman also
has branches and representative offices located in Istanbul at Etiler,
Çiftehavuzlar, Bakırköy and Kozyataği, and also in Ankara, İzmir, Samsun,
Bursa, Adana and Antalya. One of the company's shareholders, Arap Türk Bankası,
serves as an agent for Yatırım Finansman at its Nişantaşı branch.
Capital and Shareholder Structure
Established with a founding capital of YTL 300, Yatırım Finansman's
shareholders equity has currently reached YTL 43.8 million.
